Wired cites Chicks Dig Time Lords among “books that caused a culture war”

Wired magazine has numbered Mad Norwegian’s Chicks Dig Time Lords among the books that caused a culture war, owing to the backlash it prompted from the Rabid Puppies movement. In the Wired piece, Chicks Dig Time Lords is seen alongside “If You Were a Dinosaur, My Love” by Rachel Swirsky (Apex Magazine), Ancillary Justice by Ann Leckie and other The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms by N.K. Jemisin and other works that raised the Puppies’ ire. Chicks Dig Time Lords was released in 2010, and won the 2011 Hugo Award for Best Related Work.
